Call for Proposals:
SUNYLA Midwinter Virtual Conference | February 4, 2022
There’s no map for that: Adventures in library innovation, integration, and collaboration
Librarians are some of the most creative people, continually innovating to provide better service to our users. Sometimes our work turns out to be an adventure!
Have you found a new way to integrate existing systems together? Have you developed a new collaboration between library departments or other departments across campus? Has your library implemented a new tool and discovered that it can be useful in ways you had not imagined? Has a failure on one project led to a success on another? Have you ever found the solution to a problem while working on something totally unrelated? Send us your stories of serendipity, tell us your heroes’ journeys, or show us your map!
The SUNYLA Midwinter Virtual Conference planning committee is seeking proposals describing your library’s adventures in innovation, integration, and collaboration.
Come share your experiences with your supportive and non-judgmental library colleagues at the SUNYLA Midwinter Virtual Conference on February 4, 2022 (10:00am – 2:30pm EST).
Presentations should be 15-20 minutes in length, in a format that best suits your topic.
Technology requirements: Computer, internet connection, microphone/speakers (headset recommended) or telephone, quiet space for presenting, webcam optional
Accepting proposals until Friday, December 3, 2021. You do not need to be a SUNYLA member in order to attend or present at this free conference. Please submit your proposal HERE
