IDS Project Liaison Report
« on: January 26, 2017, 11:40:33 PM »
The IDS Project Online Mentor Institute recently graduated four new mentors!  These skilled individuals will be available to help member libraries with finding solutions regarding ILL Workflow and with IDS Logic enhancements.  These new mentors are:

Workflow Specialist:
-  Elise Thornley

Logic Specialists:
-  Saleena Au (Adelphi University)
-  Tim Jackson (University at Albany)
-  Heidi Webb (College of Environmental Science and Forestry)

IDS Project recently launched a new initiative to make it more convenient for member libraries to reach out to mentors through LibChat.  Mentors will be staffing the LibChat tool Monday through Friday between 10am – 11am and 2pm – 3pm.  This chat feature can be found on the IDS Project website under the member login box.  Members may also submit help tickets through the Libchat function when mentors are not staffing LibChat.

The IDS Project Conference is planned to be held at Union College in Schenectady, NY on July 28th through July 29th.  More details to come!
