We started making the transition to Academic Works, CUNY’s institutional repository. So far, we have put up meeting minutes and some presentation slides. http://academicworks.cuny.edu/lacuny/

We now accept membership fees (full and associate) via PayPal. We current have two life members. Presently, life memberships cannot be purchased. The LACUNY Executive Council present life memberships to those with significant contribution to the association. 

CUNY IT Conference will be held on December 3 and 4 at John Jay College. This year’s theme is making innovation visible and sustainable. Registration is free: http://www.centerdigitaled.com/events/CUNY-IT-Conference.html

The Grace-Ellen McCrann Memorial Lectures will be held on December 17, 2015, 1-4pm at the library at Bronx Community College. This year’s theme is “The Historians Among Us.” Lectures will consist of short (10 minutes) presentations on historical topics by CUNY librarians.

LACUNY’s annual conference, LACUNY Institute, will be held on May 20, 2016 at Brooklyn College. More info and CFP forthcoming.
