The PDGS Committee approved a $500 grant to Yu-Hui Chen Chen from UAlbany.

II. Funding/Annual Requests
Funding for 2014-2015? $3,000 approved during March Council meeting.
III. Mentoring Program
• The Mentoring Program Subcommittee held a virtual meeting on April 28, 2014 to finalize guidelines for the program.
• Guidelines will be pretty general with a recommendation for participants to meet at least twice during the academic year.
• A SUNYLA Mentoring Program Form is now on the SUNYLA website! Those interested in the program can now sign-up to participate. (

• An Invitation to participate was sent via email on the SUNYLA listserv last week. We are meeting at SUNYLA as a Special Interest Group on 6/11/14 from 4 pm to 5 pm.
