Activities since last time:
• May issue of the newsletter went out later than I wanted, but technically on time
• Started playing with new platforms for creating the newsletter
o Also refreshing the design while I'm at it
o A survey (

https://sunyla.org/sunyla_docs/newsletters/2026may.pdf) has gotten several responses so far and is still open
Upcoming:
• Next newsletter will come out in October
o call for submissions will go out by mid-September
o the theme for October is usually sustainability but I’m open to a change if people have suggestions
• I still need to recruit a couple of new members for proofreading duty
