Here are the latest membership stats for November 2025

Student members: 72
Delegates: 59 (some are outdated)
Since the conference, we have lost membership renewals - which accounts for the low membership number. Our last database system had a function that let me prompt members of upcoming and past expirations. It let me notify these individuals pretty efficiently. I have been poking around the new system, WebConnex, for a comparable function but have not found a fix. In this case, I will need to send out individual emails. Another issue with the system, is in entering a new member for the mail-ins but I think I've found a fix for that one! I will spend some time over the winter break troubleshooting and documenting fixes.
The WebConnex system does not have a function to track delegates. Yuck! I have created a GoogleSheet and am double checking - I think I have most of the current delegate changes. I will work with Logan on access once it is completely updated.
The Student Subcommittee - no report, but they are looking for anyone who is interested in joining the group.
