The conference is in good shape, and we are counting down to June!
We have all campus spaces reserved that will needed, and the residence halls are booked and ready. Registration for the conference will open on April 21st, you can view all rates on the conference website now as you are making plans.
There are a number of fun activities in the works – including tours of campus programs & areas, discounts for those who would like to utilize our golf course, and local excursions. We are planning the Wednesday evening social to include some entertainment, and special contributions from our National Champion Hot Foods Team; and on Thursday evening we are planning a large BBQ with entertainment to take place at our campus golf course event center.
The Programming committee has been hard at work and has begun to put together session schedule with a wonderful line up of programs. The Call for Posters has just gone out, and the deadline for submissions is Friday April 4, 2025.
Vendor support has started to come in, and as always, we are thankful for their sponsorship and support in helping to keep our conference so affordable.
We will be purchasing some event insurance at the request of our campus as the association does not have an insurance policy already.
