Hi everyone! I had a family medical event happen at 3 a.m. this morning, so I won't make our meeting, but I'm sure Beth will be able to steer the meeting well.
I had a few things that I don't think will be covered elsewhere in discussion, so here's my short list of things we need to discuss/make some decisions (this can go in new business on the agenda if needed):
- We voted to join NYLA as an institutional member but we need to actually do the paperwork to do so. I can do that for us, or it could be the treasurer does the form annually to coordinate the payment, or something else, but we should figure out the logistics and add it to our manual of duties/procedures so we remember to do it as long as we want to keep the membership.
- Brockport is interested in hosting the 2026 conference. Alfred may be interested for 2027.
If there was anything else, I am forgetting it now. I have access to email but semi-limited internet for the next few days if anyone needs anything in the near term.
