NYSLAA has been working on setting up our next conference for the first week of June
We are currently solidifying the exact location but it is going to be in the SUNY Purchase vicinity.
METRO NY Library Assistants, Support Staff & Associates (LASSA) is hosting
Cheryl Marriott is our VP and works at the SUNY Downstate Medical Research Library
We are running elections for officers:
President, Treasurer, and Corresponding Secretary. All positions are open to mentorship from the current members in those spots.
We are also looking for proposals for workshops.
Our next meeting is 9/25
We hope to have nominations for our officers by then and to have solidified our conference location.
