The Midwinter Planning Team will be holding our first meeting of the new academic year some time within the next couple of weeks where we will begin to make preparations for the conference which will be held in 2024.
As I begin to step into the role of SUNYLA 1st VP, I plan to step down as TDG Chair. If you would like to volunteer as chair or know someone who does please let me know. The main TDG Chair duties consist of the following:
-Set up/run the Virtual Component (Zoom) of the SUNYLA meetings
-Manage the SUNYLA-L and SUNYLAC listservs
-Administer the spring election on Election Runner
-Chair the Annual Midwinter Online Conference Team
-Other duties as assigned
If you have any questions about any of the duties listed above please let me know. As outgoing chair, I'd be happy to serve co-chair with the new chair of the Midwinter Conference Planning Team for this first year.
