SUNYLA 2022 Planning  June 8-10 (with SLC on June 6-7, on campus)

Ballroom and most of campus center is booked for us (SLC/SUNYLA all week).

Residence Halls will be $52 per night; linens are $25 per night--100 singles reserved. Huntington Hilton (which is NOT in Huntington, but rather in Melville .5 miles from campus)  will be reserved at $145 per night, 30 rooms.

Weds cocktail hour tentatively planned as a garden party with a 3 piece band.  Two alternate locations booked if weather is bad.

Dinners Weds and Thurs will be dine arounds--lots of local choices.

Expecting about 14 vendors, several will also be doing vendor talks during session slots.
