https://membership.sunyla.org/join.php page to add a checkbox on the form for enrolling members in the SUNYLA listserv. This checkbox is checked (value == true) by default. Once a user submits the form, Jill Locascio will receive an email to add a new person to the listserv. If the person filling out the form has stated that they are a SUNYLA Delegate, Jill will receive one email indicating that the individual needs to be enrolled in both the sunyla-l and sunylac listservs.
