RESOLVED, that the SUNYLA Librarians Association urges campuses to hire new librarians at
or above the same or equivalent rank at which new tenure-track teaching faculty are typically
hired at their campus; and
RESOLVED, that the President of SUNYLA shall share this resolution with the SUNY Libraries
Consortium and the directors of the libraries of SUNY.
