Michael B. Huang, SUNY Distinguished Librarian and Director of Global Library Initiatives, has been elected to the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions’ (IFLA) Regional Division Committee. He will be one of ten librarians representing the United States on the committee. He was also awarded the 2021 Distinguished Service Award by the Chinese American Librarians Association.
