President's Report March 2021
Congratulations and special thanks to Jennifer DeVito, Bill Jones, Jill Locascio, Carrie Marten, Jessica McGivney, and Jennifer Parker for organizing another wonderful Midwinter event. Its YouTube videos are also getting good traffic as well.
I met with Jocelyn to discuss the Delegate Enhancement Subcommittee since the 1st Vice President works on the delegate initiatives. We ironed out some of the basic details before bringing a full committee together. We brainstormed ideas to encourage delegate engagement, including regular communication. We recommend that the committee consists of the 2nd VP, past president, the membership chair, and SUNYLA delegates. We will hold a meeting next month and then schedule 4 regular meetings each year, open to all delegates. The coming year's meetings are at 10 am on:
