Hi everyone!

Not a huge amount of activity to report, but we're still doing fine. There is $10504.92 in the bank account and $39440.22 in paypal for a total of $49,945.14.

I can also report that the IRS e-postcard has been filed and accepted, so we're good on that for another year.

I've attached the report, please let me know if you have any questions!

Hi everyone, not a lot happening over the break. We have a bank balance of $11583.39 and a PayPal balance of $37847.71, for a total of $49431.10. I transferred $10,000 from paypal to the bank to ensure that the conference startup check wouldn't bounce and so we'd have money in that account for our normal bills/reimbursements.

I attempted to file the e-postcard with the IRS that we're required to file every year, but the website was 'unavailable for maintenance' . Luckily the deadline isn't until May, so they have plenty of time to fix it. I'll keep trying and let you know when I'm able to do it.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Ok, I'm back in the office, and here is the full report (see attached).

We currently have $6,583.39 in the bank account, and $47,563.09 in paypal for a total of $54,146.48

I am in the process of transferring $10,000 from paypal to the bank to ensure we have enough for upcoming bills/reimbursements (I'm sending out the conference startup funds today, for instance), but the total will stay the same.

Thanks and please let me know if you have any questions!

Hi all,

This report is a little unusual because I've been out with covid so I didn't have access to all my paperwork, but luckily nothing much has happened since the last report.

We've had about 10-15 paypal membership payments (if I'm counting right) come in, and we've paid out just under $1500 in professional development grants for the new award year and one outstanding $750 grant from the last year.

I'll update this with a full report once I'm back in the office next week, but I can still try to answer any questions at the meeting.

Thanks!

Greg

Hi everyone!

1. I've attached the 2021 Annual Report, there's a box in the lower left corner summarizing our income for the year, and the prior two years as well.

I didn't attach a new report for Jan-March because there's only one transaction on it so far, a professional development grant for $250, so it's basically the
same thing as the annual report minus $250.

2. We have $19,048.98 in the bank, and $42,346.88 in paypal, for a total of $61,395.86, so we're still doing well!

3. I have just submitted the IRS e-postcard, which is an online form that we have to submit every year stating that our normal income is below $50000.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Hi everyone, I've attached the latest treasurer's report here. As you can see we're doing fine - we have $18930.93 in the bank, and $40,631.47 in paypal for a total of $59562.40. I've added a line at the very bottom of the report to include the paypal information so everything's in one place - those membership payments really add up, especially the lifetime ones!

See you Wednesday!

Hi everyone! Not much activity lately, which is normal this time of year but the report is attached. There is $18,975.93 in the bank account and $35,627.79 in paypal right now, so we're still doing well.

Other than that, the IRS e-postcard we have to file every year was accepted, so we're good on that.

See you tomorrow!

Hi Everyone!

I've attached the 2020 annual report - as you might guess it's not super complicated, mostly membership payments and only a few expenditures since nobody can go anywhere.  :(

The good news is we're still doing great, money-wise. The current balances are:

Bank account: $19,465.83
Paypal:           $34,146.97

for a total of: $53,612.80

I didn't do a separate January 2021 report because the only difference is 5 paypal memberships at this point.

I normally report that I've filed the IRS e-postcard at this meeting, but the IRS website seems to be less than cooperative right now, so I'll keep trying and hopefully by Friday I'll have that to add to my report. There's nothing to worry about, as we're well below the $50K per year income limit:

TOTAL 2020 income   $14112.60
TOTAL 2019 income   $19144.57
TOTAL 2018 income   $22665.64

Hope everyone is staying safe and otherwise doing well, see you Friday!

Hi everybody!

We currently have $33,231.78 in PayPal, mainly from memberships, and $24286.00 in the bank for a total of $57517.78.  I've attached a spreadsheet for the bank account. Not much activity lately except for memberships coming in through PayPal.

Hope everyone is well and talk to you tomorrow!

Hi everybody!

Due to the fact that the bank has my office phone as my two-factor authentication thing, I can't get into that account from home right now. Luckily nothing has happened there since the March meeting so there's nothing to report anyway. As of the last time I was able to check we had $22,944.73 in the bank, and there haven't been any major expenses/deposits since then so it should be about the same. In PayPal we have $32,178.84, which is $4445.76 more than at the last meeting (all memberships, several lifetime!).

So in total right now we have about $55,123.57 available.  8)

Please let me know if you have any questions and maybe by the fall I can produce an actual report!
