Hi all -
Again, apologies if I am not on the call.
Some of us are planning to attend the ESLN Ask the Lawyer webinar on Nov. 22nd about the Directors & Officers Insurance to hopefully get a better understanding of this issue. Once that has happened I will call a meeting of those interested in discussing, and we can do further investigation to see what or where our next steps will take us.
