Promotion and Tenure ad hoc

Hi all,

I had received contact information from a small group last spring who were willing to participate on this committee, and will be reaching out to them in the next week to find out if they are still interested.

Ideas for this group include collecting policies on promotion & tenure processes for librarians, seeing if we can work with the Personnel Policies committee to find out what the numbers are for librarian ranks across campus, providing review services for those putting packets together, and general sounding boards and support. We might offer workshops online and at annual conference on this topic if there is interest.
